Metabolic Adjustment

These next two weeks are critical in creating that new metabolic set point we've worked so hard towards over the last 4 weeks. Even if you want to do another cycle of Healthpointe, these two weeks are absolutely essential to the long term success of the program.
Here we introduce more foods and slowly allow the body to adjust to it's new equilibrium. Follow the meal plan exactly to introduce the foods at the right pace. You do not want to gain anymore than 600g each day with the addition of more foods to make sure your body is adjusting correctly. This phase can take a little longer than 14 days for some people so make sure you work closely with your coach to ensure you complete this part of the program correctly.
At the end of this metabolic adjustment you can either move into long term maintenance or, if you haven't yet reached your long term goal weight, you can restart the program from the Kick Start protein days.
