Learning to control cravings is a big step forward in creating the lasting change we want. Cravings happen for a number of reasons and being aware of why and how they occur, and what we can do about them, will make dealing with them so much easier.
One of the reasons you may be experiencing cravings or excess hunger could be because of unstable blood sugar levels indicating that the blood sugar is swinging between high and low too rapidly.
